Weighted / Gravity blankets were originally designed and recommended as an aid by health professionals to help relieve stress from children with Autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, restless leg syndrome, dementia & anxiety issue’s just to name a few but are now also used everyday as they are incredibly effective in helping adults & children sleep at night.

Due to the optimal weight distribution in our Australian Made blankets, gentle pressure is applied to the body making you feel calm and safe. Giving you a hug like feeling which helps to reduce anxiety and stress, which then results in the perfect nights sleep.

Our Single bed weighted blankets are a generous 200cm x 150cm. (these blankets can also fit onto a Queen size bed with no overhang) Made with super soft minky in a variety of prints and plain colours.

Recommended formula to use for determining weight for yourself or child is 10% of their weight, add the 500g.
